Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Front Office Specialist
Medical Front Office Specialist – Full-time, onsite, $17-$20 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Great growth potential in a relaxed office!
Required Qualifications of the Medical Front Office Specialist
- 1+ year of recent reception or customer service experience required
- Healthcare experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Medical Front Office Specialist
- Greet patient and complete check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule patient appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls using multi-telephone line
- Other duties as assigned
