Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Records Representative 
Medical Records Representative – Full-time, contract, onsite, $20-$21 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Join a growing department! 

Required Qualifications of the Medical Records Representative 
- 2+ years of recent medical records experience required 
- Recent EMR system experience required 
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Medical Records Representative 
- Work inbound documents through the Work Queue Monitor program 
- Identify and index faxed documents  
- Work through patient medical records 
- Utilize EMR system 
- Other duties as assigned
