Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant 
Medical Assistant – Full-time, onsite, $20-$23 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Join a growing clinic at a great company! 

Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant 
- 3+ years of recent medical assistant experience required 
- Recent oncology, hematology, or urology experience preferred 
- Medical Assistant diploma or certification required 
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant 
- Room patients and obtain basic vitals  
- Complete patient paperwork and review patient charts for accuracy 
- Help providers during exams and minor procedures 
- Perform venipuncture, capillary punctures, and specimen collection  
- Clean, sanitize, and stock exam rooms 
- Track surgical patients  
- Check MA voicemails and faxes  
- Handle medical records routing 
- Work with providers to address patient concerns  
- Perform patient callbacks and medication refill authorizations  
- Other MA duties as needed
