Compensation and Schedule for the Patient Access Specialist – Call Center 
Patient Access Specialist – Call Center – Full-time, onsite, $21-$23 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Excellent opportunity to join a major hospital group! 

Required Qualifications of the Patient Access Specialist – Call Center 
- 
2+ years of recent high-volume call center experience required 
- 
Recent healthcare experience preferred 
- 
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred 
- 
High school diploma or GED required 
- 
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Patient Access Specialist – Call Center 
- 
Answer phones and respond to telephone inquiries quickly and appropriately 
- 
Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment 
- 
Act as a resource/liaison for team members, internal and external customers  
- 
Transfer calls to other departments 
- 
Obtain accurate patient demographics when assisting patients  
- 
Perform some functions in EMR systems
